A: Our method of Kung Fu, Hung Gar, is based on the philosophy & mannerisms of the Tiger and Crane. The Tiger symbolizes strength, courage and ferocity and is prized for its short to mid range self defense techniques. The Crane symbolizes gracefulness, fluid motions and evasiveness and is prized for its mid to long range self defense techniques.

A: Choy Li Fut is a method of Kung Fu created by Chan Heung in the 18th century.

What is Tai Chi Chuan?
A: Tai Chi Chuan is a soft style of Kung Fu based on the movements of the Snake and Crane. Chang San Feng is given credit as the founder of Tai Chi Chuan in the 14th century.
